Product Information of Boiler Alloy Steel Sheet Plate
Continuous casting slab or primary rolling slab is used as raw material, which is heated by stepping furnace, descaled by high pressure water and then enters roughing mill. Roughing material goes through cutting head, tail and then into finishing mill for computer controlled rolling. After the final rolling, it goes through laminar cooling (computer controlled cooling rate) and coiler coil to become straight hair coil.The head and tail of straight hair roll often show the shape of tongue and fish tail, thickness, width accuracy is poor, the edge often exists wave shape, folded edge, tower shape and other defects.Its coil weight is heavy, steel coil inner diameter is 760mm.
