Structural features of this series of products
- YLW biomass thermal oil boiler is circulation-forced chain grate boiler(reciprocating grate).The whole boiler consists the boiler body on the top and the chain grate at the bottom and could be installed in a field assembly.
- The boiler surface adopts single furnace or tightening double square coil at the back of which is a serpentine convective heat exchange tube.
- According to the feature of the fuel, this series of combustion equipment adopt the structural of dust accumulation prevention which could reduce dust accumulation in boilers and make it convenient to clean up the dust. For the purpose of reducing accumulation ofthe dust and improving the heating power of the combustion equipment, the boiler convection heat transfer section adopts high and low staggered row, large spacing and arrangement of soot blowing device ash cleaning device and other measures.
- Compared with the traditional coal-fired boilers, this type of equipment has larger combustion space within the furnace, making the most value ofthe biomass.
- The furnace grate firebox is heightened and the overgrate air is arranged in this equipment.The grate is divided into warehouse air intake, the air volume is adjusted independently, and the grate is steplessly adjusted.
- High temperature resistant material grate and reasonable air distribution cooling form are adopted for grate. The grate is reliable in use and has an operational life span

Structural features of this series of products
- There are two types of structure: vertical(YYL) and horizontal(YYW).
- The boiler surface adopts the tightening-tube-arrangement with spiral structure. The chimney adopts the three-pass arrangement.
- An air preheater or a water/steam transformer is arranged behind the boiler, reducing the temperature, improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
- The quick opening door or the observation door is equipped for the convenience of checking the internal inspection and maintenance.



1. High Thermal Efficiency
1.1 The boiler is circulation heating in liquid phase, there is no heat loss leaded by condensing, thermal efficiency is high, and the boiler is very safe when operating.
1.2 The boiler shell use aluminum silicate board for heat preservation, low heat loss.

The spiral pipes are made of small diameter multi-head steel tubes, good thermal expansibility, low stress, safe and reliable.

The boiler adopt horizontal type three pass structure, improve the heat utilization efficiency. Large heating area, good heat transfer, achieve high thermal efficiency and sufficient output.
5. Multi-function Safety Explosion-proof Equipment
Equip with explosion proof equipment at the back of boiler, prevent deflagration in furnace, discharge high energy, to ensure the boiler operate safely and efficiently.
6. Perfect Automatic Control
The boiler adopt PLC full automatic intelligent control cabinet and interlock protect system, has the protect function on oil temperature, medium temperature, pressure, etc, adjust conveniently.
