What is a boiler tube?
Boiler Tubes are metal tubes located inside of boilers that heat water in order to produce steam. There are two major types of tube boilers: water-tube boilers and fire-tube boilers. In water-tube boilers, water circulates inside the tubes and is heated externally by hot gases generated by the furnace.
Product Description
Key Features of Boiler Tubes:
Material: Typically made from carbon steel, alloy steel, or stainless steel, depending on the operating conditions and requirements.
Durability: Designed to resist corrosion, oxidation, and thermal stress, ensuring long-term performance in harsh environments.
Standards: Manufactured according to international standards such as ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) or EN (European Norms) to ensure quality and safety.
Boiler Tubes are specialized steel pipes designed to withstand high temperatures and pressures, primarily used in boilers and heat exchangers. They are essential components in power plants, industrial facilities, and heating systems, where they facilitate the transfer of heat from combustion gases to water, generating steam or hot water.

Packing and Shipping
Boiler steel tubes are typically packaged in bundles in order to make transportation and handling easier. Depending on the size and weight of the tubes, bundles may consist of single tubes or multiple tubes. In general, bundles will be secured with steel bands or ropes before being loaded onto trucks, ships, or trains for shipping.
Before shipping, the bundles will be inspected to ensure they are properly secured. Once the bundles have been loaded, they will be transported to the final destination. During the shipment, the bundles will be covered with tarps to protect them from the elements.
Upon arrival at the destination, the bundles will be inspected for any signs of damage. If any damage is found, the packages will be opened and the tubes will be inspected for any signs of damage.
